José Miguel Fatás is a partner in the Madrid office of Uría Menéndez. He joined the firm in 1998, having previously worked as the head of the Autonomous Community of Madrid’s legal department. Before that, he served as a state attorney in the High Court of Madrid. He became a partner of Uría Menéndez in 2001.
José Miguel focuses his practice on all aspects of administrative law (public contracts, public infrastructure, infringement proceedings, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, energy, data protection, etc.), civil and administrative litigation, as well as domestic and international arbitration proceedings.
