Profile

Raúl Boo is a Partner in the Employment Law Department at Uria Menéndez, based in Madrid and Valencia, where he led the Valencia employment practice from 2012 to 2025. He advises domestic and international clients on complex and sensitive employment matters, combining a practical, results-driven approach with strong business and regulatory insight.

He has extensive experience in collective dismissals and workforce restructurings, as well as complex collective bargaining processes, managing matters from strategic planning through negotiations with employee representatives and labour authorities. He regularly advises on the employment aspects of M&A transactions, private equity deals, and corporate reorganizations, aligning labour risks with transaction objectives and timelines.

He is particularly focused on the employment dimension of real estate transactions, including hotels, residential assets, office buildings, and shopping centers, overseeing labour due diligence, workforce transitions, and post-integration harmonization measures. His practice also includes litigation before labour and administrative courts and leading pre-litigation and restructuring negotiations.
