Raúl Boo is a lawyer in Uría Menéndez’s Valencia office where he manages the labour law team. He was appointed counsel in 2016. Since joining the firm in 2005, Raúl has specialised in employment and social security law, particularly collective negotiations and workforce restructuring.
Raúl has a great deal of experience in the negotiation of collective bargaining agreements, handbooks, company manuals, the modification of employment conditions and the non-application of collective bargaining agreements.
He specialises in the labour aspects of corporate restructurings, collective dismissals in bankruptcies, collective relocations and suspensions of employment relationships.
Raúl has extensive experience in representing clients in the courts and out-of-court settlements. He is also frequently asked to carry out labour audits on companies and issue the corresponding due diligence reports.
