Álvaro Paniagua Rico joined Uría Menéndez in 2010 and he is Senior Associate of the firm since 2019.

Álvaro focuses his practice on advising domestic and foreign entities on corporate tax aspects such as tax procedures, ongoing assessments and restructurings.

Álvaro’s professional practice includes his participation in M&A deals, private equity transactions, real estate investments and on wealth planning, having developed a remarkable expertise advising family businesses and private clients.
