Profile
Ana is a lawyer in the Madrid office of Uría Menéndez since September 2006. She started working on a part-time basis while finishing her studies in Political Sciences in July 2007. Since then, Ana has been working as a member of the Public Law and Litigation Practice Area.
Her carrier concerns administrative law as well as administrative litigation. Ana focuses her practice in all areas of administrative law (public contracts, infringement proceedings, energy, mining, telecommunications, public property, aids, liability of public authorities, environment, public infrastructures, etc.). She has advised private entities and public authorities on legal administrative issues.
Teaching activity
Ana provides lectures in courses promoted by the Escuela de Organización Industrial, the Official School of Engineers, and others.
Since 2015, she teaches the administrative judicial course in the Master Degree of the Universidad de Navarra. She usually participates in seminars for clients related to public sector contracts and other Administrative issues.
She has recently participated in the impact of Covid-19 pandemic seminar in the ICADE – Uría Menéndez Program.
