Beatriz Camilleri

Beatriz Camilleri Lacambra joined Uría Menéndez in 2013 and currently works in the firm’s Capital Markets Practice Area. During 2016 and 2017 she was seconded to the São Paulo office.

She specialises in equity capital markets (initial public offerings, issues and offers of shares and block trades) as well as in providing general advice to listed companies on capital markets regulations.

Beatriz also regularly assists listed companies and investors with company law, corporate governance, general shareholders’ meetings and board secretariat matters.

She also has experience in advising clients on mergers and divisions, takeover bids and acquisitions involving non-listed companies, as well as in the issuing of debt securities.
