Cristina Díaz Bauluz joined Uría Menéndez in 2012 and in 2020 rejoined the firm after completing an LL.M. at Columbia Law School and spending a year at Davis Polk & Wardwell, New York office, as a foreign associate. From October 2015 through June 2016 Cristina also did a secondment at Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uria, Bogota office.
Cristina has experience advising domestic and foreign funds and industrial clients in M&A transactions, joint ventures, management incentive plans and other investment transactions. In addition, at Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uria Cristina was involved in project financings and at Davis Polk & Wardwell joined the capital markets team.
