Miguel Ángel Cepero

Miguel Ángel Cepero joined Uría Menendez in 2012 and he is Counsel of the firm since 2023. Between September 2019 and March 2020, Miguel Ángel was seconded to the Disputes and Investigations department of Slaughter & May in London.

Miguel Ángel has over 10 years of experience advising multinational companies of several industries (financial institutions, telecommunications, real estate and infrastructure) in judicial and arbitration proceedings.

Miguel Ángel’s practice on business law matters encompasses the following main areas: judicial procedures on financial products, individual and collective action on general conditions of contract and consumer law, procedures of challenge of corporate agreements and corporate conflicts, legal proceedings on civil liability and contractual disputes, bankruptcy proceedings at all stages, judicial procedures on intellectual property and unfair competition, legal proceedings on compulsory enforcement of judicial and non-judicial entitlements.
