Carlos Lora joined Uría Menéndez in 2015 and he is managing associate of the firm since 2023.
Carlos has over five years of experience advising companies, foundations and public entities on public procurement, economic regulation (energy, postal sector, telecommunications, banking, pharmaceutical sector and transportation), public domain, infrastructures, authorisations and licenses, among others.
Moreover, he advises various companies in several proceedings before the contentious-administrative and civil courts. Finally, Carlos participates in due diligence processes referring to infrastructures and energy.
