He has expertise in advising domestic and foreign companies on contractual litigation, on litigation associated to the validity and fulfillment of banking contracts, in enforcement proceedings and, in addition, in pre-insolvency and insolvency situations, defending the interest of the creditors and the debtor (and its administrators).
