Diana Linage Gómez joined the Madrid office of Uría Menéndez in 2008. In 2013 she was seconded to the M&A department of Debevoise & Plimpton LLP in New York for eight months as an international associate.
Diana focuses her practice on corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions and private equity.
She has participated in several domestic and cross-border acquisitions, mergers and other corporate transactions advising Spanish and foreign clients, including private equity funds and companies from various industries. She has extensive experience in negotiating and closing M&A deals and coordinating due diligence processes.
She has also been involved in a number of finance transactions and routinely advises clients in a wide variety of corporate, commercial and contractual matters.
Diana has acted as secretary to the board of directors of various Spanish companies.
