Estibaliz Peinado

Estíbaliz Peinado Iribar is a lawyer in the Litigation and Arbitration Practice Area of Uría Menéndez’s Madrid office. She joined the firm in 2010.

She specialises in intellectual property, distribution, corporate, unfair competition and advertising law, and related litigation.

As a litigator, she advises and represents domestic and foreign companies in legal proceedings on the infringement of trademark rights, intellectual property, unfair competition, advertising, breach and termination of contracts and the protection of honour and image rights.

Additionally, she advises clients in the new technologies, software, fast moving goods manufacturers and franchise sectors on the design and drafting of intellectual and industrial property licence and transfer agreements, collaboration, turnkey and distribution (including franchise) contracts and services agreements.
