Francisco Caamaño joined Uría Menéndez in 2015 and has been Senior Associate of the firm since 2023. He is a member of the Litigation and Arbitration Area.
He has more than 8 years of experience advising companies from different sectors on proceedings before the Spanish courts and the main arbitration courts. He also actively participates in advising clients in the pre-litigation phases and in out-of-court settlements. He has extensive experience, in particular, in the areas of insurance law and insolvency law.
Francisco is a lecturer in Civil Litigation Practice in the Master's Degree in Access to the Legal Profession at the Autonomous University of Madrid (Universidad Autónoma de Madrid).
Between March and September 2022, he was seconded to the London office of the English law firm Slaughter & May.
