Francisco José Caamaño

Francisco Caamaño joined Uría Menéndez in 2015 and has been managing associate since 2023.

He has more than eight years’ experience advising companies operating in a broad range of sectors on civil and commercial disputes before the Spanish courts and the main arbitration tribunals. He also guides clients through pre-litigation phases and negotiates out-of-court settlements. He has particularly extensive experience in insurance law and insolvency law.

Between March and September 2022, he was seconded to the London office of Slaughter and May.
