Gorka Atutxa joined Uría Menéndez in 2016 and currently practices in the Capital Markets Area in Madrid.
He specialises in capital markets, corporate and M&A.
In particular, he regularly advises on public takeovers, private M&A and equity capital markets transactions.
He also has extensive experience in advising clients on corporate governance, general shareholders’ meetings and the role of the secretary of the board of directors, as well as regulatory aspects of securities markets.
