Luis Molina Sánchez joined Uría Menéndez in 2013 and he is managing associate of the firm since 2021.
He has over seven years of experience advising international investors, private equity groups and other entities on the financial sector on the tax aspects of purchasing and selling properties, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and disposals. He also advices on business and transaction structuring more generally.
Luis specialises in corporate tax law. He regularly advises on cross-border transactions, corporate restructuring transactions and on the execution of international investments in Spain, especially through instruments with tax advantages on the property sector. He has also been involved in many in-depth tax audits of specific domestic or international issues and has experience of negotiating and dealing with the tax authorities at all levels.
