Nerea Torrontegui Ayo joined Uría Menéndez in 2015 and she is managing associate of the Labour department of the firm since January 2023.
Nerea advises national and international clients on labour law and Social Security issues, such as measures related to internal flexibility, both individual and collective, unlawful assignment of employees, collective bargaining, drafting of employment contracts, including senior executive contracts, occupational risk prevention, as well as drafting due diligence reports.
She is also frequently asked to represent clients in the courts and in out-of-court negotiations.
Nerea also provides advise in administrative proceedings before Social Security and Labour Inspection institutions.
