Pilar Lluesma is a counsel in Uría Menéndez’s Madrid office. She began her legal career in Uría Ménendez’s Valencia office and then worked at Ramón y Cajal, Linklaters in Madrid and INVERCO (Spanish association of investment and pension funds).
Her professional practice primarily focuses on banking and finance and securities law.
Pilar is a financial regulation specialist (credit entities and investment service companies) and regularly advises on matters relating to collective investment entities.
She has also experience as secretary of the Board of Directors of financial regulated entities (investment services entities and asset management entities) and all matters relating to MiFID II, PRIIPS and EMIR.
