Raquel Cardoso Nunes joined Uría Menéndez-Proença de Carvalho in 2016 and since then has acquired extensive experience in civil, commercial and criminal litigation. Raquel became a managing associate in 2023. She works with both domestic and international clients, particularly from the banking sector.
Raquel has represented clients in banking and finance disputes and proceedings concerning regulatory infringements and criminal offences. She also specialises in insolvency law, particularly corporate restructuring processes and the sale of loan portfolios.
