Rocío González has been working as a lawyer in the Public Law and Litigation Practice Area since 2017. She is based in Uría Menéndez’s Bilbao office.
Rocío has over eight years’ experience advising both public and private entities on public law issues, such as public procurement, sanctioning procedures, public infrastructure, urban planning, public authority liability, grants and subsidies, public domain, environmental law and energy, among others.
She focuses her practice on contentious-administrative proceedings and constitutional litigation in Spain’s courts. Rocío also has extensive experience in due diligence processes with a regulatory component.
