Rodrigo Menéndez García is a lawyer in the Valencia office of Uría Menéndez. He joined the firm in 1989 as an associate of the Commercial Practice Area in the Madrid office. Subsequently he joined the Litigation Practice Area. He is currently the coordinator of the Administrative Litigation Practice Areas in the Valencia office.
He was made senior associate in 1999.
Rodrigo advises on civil proceedings related to contractual disputes between companies, or other corporate law matters. He frequently advises credit companies in relation to enforcement and ordinary proceedings. He also has extensive experience advising on arbitration proceedings.
In addition to his work in the litigation practice, Rodrigo writes articles and reports regarding civil or commercial matters at the request of the firm’s clients.
