Manuel joined Uría Menéndez in 2018 and is currently a managing associate of the firm. From September 2025, Manuel is seconded to the M&A team at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP in New York.
He specializes in capital markets and M&A, with a particular focus on equity capital markets transactions, takeover bids and mergers and acquisitions.
He also usually provides general advice —both to issuers and investors— on commercial law and corporate governance of listed companies and on regulatory aspects related to securities markets.
Manuel also has an extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions of private companies.
