Raquel Yannone

Raquel Yannone joined the Real Estate Area at Uría Menendez in 2014 and she is based in the Madrid office.

Raquel has wide-ranging experience advising clients in corporate real estate and financing matters. In her professional practice, she is experienced in advising both national and foreign companies in real estate transactions, such as acquisition of granular assets (hotels, shopping centres and office buildings). Additionally, Raquel has participated in financing and M&A transactions with real estate components.

In 2021 she moved to the banking and finance department, where she advises banks and companies in the context of financing transactions and both NPLs and REOs sale and purchase transactions.
