Miguel Bolívar is a lawyer in Uría Menéndez’s Corporate Department. He joined the firm in 2010 and was made a senior associate in 2018. From March to September 2016, Miguel was seconded to the London office of Slaughter and May.
His main practice areas are commercial law in general, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate refinancing and restructuring. He has advised on very diverse range of transactions, including bilateral and syndicated financing and debt restructuring operations; buying and selling of companies; real estate transactions and the purchase and sale of asset portfolios; mergers and restructuring operations of groups of companies and contracting in general.
Miguel also specialises in sports law and has advised national sports clubs, including various football clubs.
