A litigation and international arbitration specialist based in Barcelona, Jorge focuses on contentious proceedings concerning insolvency and restructuring before the Spanish courts, and national and international arbitral tribunals. He is an adjunct professor of Civil Law at Universitat Pompeu Fabra and ESADE.

Based in Madrid, Felipe regularly advises on M&A transactions and on corporate law and governance for listed and private companies.
