Pablo de la Morena joined Uría Menéndez in 2013 and was appointed senior associate in January 2021.
Pablo has over seven years of experience advising domestic and foreign companies on employment contracts, including senior executive contracts, incentive plans, codes of conduct and internal company policies.
One of his areas of expertise is representing companies before the labour courts and negotiating out-of-court settlements.
Pablo advises on collective dismissals and the implementation of flexibility measures in the workplace. He also advises companies on the labour aspects of M&A and restructuring transactions.
