Insolvency and arbitration agreements in Spain: commentary on decision 266/2019 of 30 September 2019
The effects of the commencement of insolvency proceedings by a party to an arbitration agreement may vary significantly from one jurisdiction to another. Such effects also vary depending on whether or not arbitration proceedings have already commenced pursuant to an arbitration agreement entered into by the insolvent party.
