Xuan Wu Zhuo

Xuan Wu Zhuo joined Uría Menéndez in 2010 and was made a managing associate of the firm in 2018. She worked in Uría Menéndez’s Beijing office between 2012 and 2013.

She has more than seven years’ experience in advising domestic and foreign companies in out-of-court negotiations and judicial proceedings related to civil and commercial matters.

She mainly advises on contractual law, damages law, companies law and class actions. Xuan also specialises in financial litigation and has experience in insolvency and enforcement proceedings.
